Repair Service We are glad to provide any service needs you have. Any brand which Colorado Pen Direct offers, we service. Service would include but is not limited to: 1) Any damage to your pen from an accident or normal wear and tear 2) A nib exchange which you might desire Since we value your patronage we don't consider servicing your needs to be a profit center. All work performed on your behalf is performed at or below our actual costs. Here is an example of what it will cost to service your needs:
PLEASE DO NOT USE AN ENVELOPE OF ANY TYPE OR IT WILL BE POLITELY REFUSED. NO CARRIER WILL INSURE AN EXPENSIVE ITEM SENT IN AN ENVELOPE. WE CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SHIPPING METHOD/PACKAGING. We suggest you correspond with us via email previous to servicing your needs. A representative will be assigned to your repair and will keep you informed throughout the process via email. If you prefer voice communication that's fine as well. Please understand that to service your item it will be away from you for at least six weeks if not longer. There are four shipping cycles, each of which may take five business days.
