 Should you decide to return merchandise to us, we stipulate the following conditions:
  1. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned with its exact original packaging intact.
  3. The item returned must be resalable.
  4. Engraved items cannot be returned.
  5. Please allow 15 working days for return shipping and processing.
  6. It is a good idea to call before returning your item so we can assign a 'Return Authorization' number.
  7. Please ship any items via an insured carrier and one which requires a signature upon delivery. This is for your protection. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
  8. Please be specific when describing your reason for return or repair.
  9. Please. Please do not return any item in a paper or padded envelope. Your carrier does not insure items returned in this type of packaging. We occasionally have $500 pens returned in envelopes. They are usually destroyed. We recommend using a box with proper padding to insure the items are not damaged during shipping.
  10. Returned items may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  11. Items ordered incorrectly will be subject to a $5 restocking/processing fee.
