Esterbrook has been inspired to look for magic all around us. In doing so, they discovered, “what’s a more mystical, whimsical place than those broad stretches of arctic where the Northern Lights shine?” 

You don’t have to travel to Iceland or Svalbard to view the Aurora Borealis. Esterbrook’s new Limited Edition Camden beautifully recreates the cosmic phenomenon. The Camden Northern Lights in contrasting hues is reminiscent of the Borealis, with a touch of added “stardust” using DiamondCast technology. 

Esterbrook also partnered with longtime collaborators Hinze Pen Co. to bring a new color offering of their microceramic-coating. Each nib and clip have been color coordinated in this magical hue. This will surely be a welcomed Winter treat in the dog days of Summer that await us. 

The Camden model is a classic design that’s more robust than the Estie. The shape is perfect for everyday use. The closure is spring-load and reassuring. Fill with either bottle ink or standard international cartridges. We have stock in extra fine, fine and medium with a #6 stainless steel nib.
