We are delighted to announce the launch of a spectacular new S.T. Dupont writing instrument, the Line D Gold Dust, a US Exclusive Edition. The collection showcases S.T. Dupont’s expert ability to apply natural lacquer to writing instruments of the highest quality.

Natural Lacquer

Each writing instrument is crafted entirely at the S.T. Dupont factory in Faverges, France, utilizing ancient lacquering techniques. 

First, nine layers of gorgeous natural black lacquer are hand applied to the pen’s brass barrel and cap, resulting in a pearl-like shimmer. This luxurious finish is resistant to shocks, scratches and even fire. Once the base lacquer is polished and prepared, the second stage involves embellishing the black lacquer with a sprinkling of gold dust. The result is spectacular. The depth of appearance is unmatched.

Line D Large

The Gold Dust collection is crafted in S.T. Dupont’s iconic oversize Line D. It features the bold blazon on the articulated clip, an enhanced Dupont 'D' in the crown of the cap. The overall shape is perfectly balanced for exceptional writing. The pen cap closes with Dupont's iconic 'cling' and features a fluted grip section for a superb writing experience.

The collection is available in fountain pen only. It features an S.T. Dupont crafted 14k solid yellow gold nib. Choices are extra fine, fine, medium and broad. It fills via an included converter for bottle ink or standard international cartridges.
