Collection: LeBOEUF Claude Monet Impression, Sunrise Limited Edition

Impressive Collector’s Edition

The LeBoeuf Pen Company honors Claude Monet, the renowned French painter with this stunning Limited Edition.

The impressionist movement was set in motion with a single work of art - Claude Monet's Impression, Sunrise. Painted in 1872, this light and airy landscape painting was first shown at what would become known as the Exhibition of the Impressionists in Paris in April 1874.

The focus of the painting is almost entirely on color. Monet sought to perfectly capture the morning in evanescent detail with his palette combination of gray, blue and orange. Throughout the years, Impression, Sunrise has been celebrated as the quintessential symbol of the impressionist movement.

Today, Monet's Impression, Sunrise remains part of the permanent collection of Musée Marmottan Monet, continuing to captivate visitors with its radiant color palette and expressive brushwork.

The LeBOEUF Claude Monet Impression, Sunrise Limited Edition features a unique acrylic barrel which combines the color palette Monet used in his most famous painting. A mix of blue, gray and orange, captures the color scheme as if Monet painted it himself.

Each barrel is engraved with Claude Monet’s signature in gold fill. A gold plated embossed coin featuring Monet’s portrait has been placed atop each pen cap. A gold plated clip and band enhance the elegance of this special pen.

The Claude Monet Limited Edition is available as both a fountain pen and rollerball. The fountain pen features a fine or medium point steel nib plated in 14k gold. It fills via a cartridge or converter. The rollerball uses a standard international refill.

The Claude Monet “Impression, Sunrise” ships in a commemorative navy blue box that also features Monet’s famous signature.
