The Frederick Douglass Limited Edition is made using an exclusive Smoke Gray and Lilac marble acrylic. The Lilac flakes represent the official flower of Rochester, New York, where Douglas lived for the remainder of his life after his freedom was purchased by abolitionists. Each pen barrel has been carefully polished and features an engraved Frederick Douglass signature. A gold commutative coin featuring a Frederick Douglass portrait has been fitted onto the top of each cap.
The Frederick Douglas Limited Edition features a German gold plated steel nib featuring the LeBoeuf logo and utilizes a cartridge/convertor filling system. The fountain pen is limited to 150 pens worldwide.
