Visconti opens a new chapter in the Mythos collection. Dedicated to Greek heroes: human figures who embody courage, intelligence and determination. The first to lead the way is Odysseus. On his long journey home to Ithaca, the hero of the Odyssey travels through unfamiliar lands, yields to curiosity, and faces obstacles that test his resolve.
The new Odysseus edition is available as a fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint in a stunning swirl of deep blues, turquoise shades and iridescent reflections. Its veining evokes the waters of the Mediterranean, their shifting character and the play of light across the surface. Gold-toned trims add the warmth of sunlight, balancing the colors of the sea.
Enjoy the large plated German steel nib with a fine, medium or broad point. The matching brass grip section has a unique sandblasted finish which provides a secure grip. Refills with the included ink converter and your bottled ink or with standard international-sized ink cartridges which are not included.
The design retains the collection’s distinctive features: the large stainless steel nib, the metal grip section and the central band engraved with “MYTHOS.” The Visconti V, stylized to echo the outline of Mount Olympus, preserves the connection to the mythological world from which the collection takes its inspiration.
The Mirage Mythos should be in every collection, especially if you are a Visconti devotee’. It also would delight any writer if received as a gift.
